Data Readers

All of our Data readers have unique serial numbers to help identify them when in use and depending on the operational environment they can either be issued to a member of staff directly, e.g. as part of their uniform/work equipment or they can simply be pooled and issued to staff as to when required. A Personnel ID tag or Biometric read  can be used to identify the user so either working method is acceptable.

Checkpoints and Mounts

Our Patrol solutions read a variety of Checkpoints including Touch Button/RFID/Bluetooth/NFC which are designed to be used in both external and internal locations.Various options are available depending of the surface they are to be mounted on, (some locations such Hotels, and Listed Buildings, use an adhesive or adhesive pad in place of the secure holders to provide a more discreet and aesthetically pleasing Checkpoint installation). 

Monitoring Software

Our unlimited GPP Patrol Management software provides a comprehensive reporting facility, there is no limit to the number of readers, no limit to the number of sites, no limit to the number of points, and no limit to number of events that can be added.

As a simple management tool, it can efficiently supervise and monitor staff and their shifts by downloading data of timings and dates into one easy-to-access place. Its powerful in-built report generator can then be used to analyze the data and create reports that can be emailed to management or clients as Proof of Presence, or to support the billing or payroll process

Reports can be viewed on screen, printed, exported to Excel, saved to PDF, and emailed. In addition to our standalone GPP Patrol Management Software, our GPP Cloud Patrol Server enables remote monitoring and reporting of your site(s) without the data reader having to be returned to the control room or your HQ for download.
