A fire watch patrol is a regular patrol of a building or location to help prevent and detect fires early. It requires walking a pre-defined route at set intervals, for checking that Fire Exits are functioning and clear of any blockages, checking that Smoke Alarms and Exinguishers are in place and working and you are taking every measure possible to keep the building and personnel safe.
Our Mini Tool Pro Patrol/Fire Watch Monitoring solution allows you to provide detailed information that all relevant locations are visited and that an accurate electronic record is kept of all actions undertaken and any incidents recorded, coupled with management reports that can provide statistical information on patrol performance.
Generating unalterable reports that identify who performed the task, the actual location or item that was checked or serviced, a description of the task and a date and time stamp to confirm when the check or service was performed.
The system can also be configured to record weekly, quarterly, half yearly and annual checks or services of your fire alarm system providing detailed reporting on routine activities such as:-
