Depending on how a site operates, readers can be issued directly to staff as part of their uniform or equipment, or shared from a central pool as needed. Personnel ID tags or biometric readers help identify users,ensuring the correct people are undertaking their duties. 

Checkpoints and Mounts

Depending on the solution chosen, our solutions support a wide variety of checkpoint technologies, including Touch Button, RFID, Bluetooth, QR Codes and NFC . These checkpoints are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Different mounting options are available to suit the location, and in settings such as hotels or listed buildings, adhesive mounts can create a discreet, visually clean installation.

Monitoring Software

Our GPP Patrol Management software offers unlimited capacity. There are no limits on the number of readers, sites, checkpoints, or recorded events. It serves as a straightforward management tool, bringing all patrol data: dates, times, and activities into a single accessible location.

The built-in report generator allows managers to analyse data and produce reports that can be shared with clients or management as proof of presence, or used to support billing and payroll processes. Reports can be viewed on-screen, printed, exported to Excel, saved as PDFs, or emailed. Management can expand the system by adding extra Data Readers, Event Wallets, or checkpoints without incurring any additional software costs.

Cloud-Based Management Software

For organisations that require remote access, our GPP Cloud Patrol Server enables monitoring and reporting without requiring data readers to return to a control room or head office to download data.
