Hot-line telephone support and a remote online training/technical support facility are available from 08:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday, and are free of charge.

We also provide a no-cost remote technical support facility, to assist with commissioning, identifying any problems remotely, and provide additional support if required.

Out-of-hours support can be provided by prior arrangement.

To assist you further, remote structured training courses are available on any of the hardware or software products we supply and can be tailored for system administrators, supervisors and users as required at no additional cost.

All our Patrol Management/Proof of Presence Solutions are supplied with a full 1 or 2 warranty (only exception is Active Track Warranty 1 Year)
